How we look after your details

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, your bank or society, your phone number, your email (if you give it), what your message is about and the message itself. With it we keep the time it was sent and your internet address, to protect the form from misuse.

Why

To reply to you, and to remember what was said if you contact us again. We never sell or share your details, and we do not send newsletters or advertising.

Who sees it

Only the Sookth Solutions team. Your details are kept private and secure, and are never shared with anyone else.

Cookies

This site uses one small cookie that keeps the contact form secure. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

The map

The map on the contact page comes from Google. It loads only when you choose "Show the map here"; until then nothing is sent to Google.
